What are Loyalty Points?
Loyalty points are our way of saying thank you for shopping with us. You collect loyalty points every time you shop with us. The more you shop with us the more you gain from us. The More you Refer, the more you earn.
For Example: Customer who spends Rs.150 on every purchase, will be awarded 2 points. And you will get 3 points on first purchase made by your referral.
What can I do with these loyalty points?
Once you have collected 150 points or more, you can redeem these points against a purchase made on our site. A checkbox is displayed on the payment screen - this checkbox is only enabled once you have collected 150 points or more. Select this box to redeem your loyalty points against your purchase. |

How much is it worth?
Each point is worth of one rupee (Re.1). For example, 150 points is equal to Rs.150. Say, you collected 150 points and your order value is Rs.1000, upon selecting the loyalty point option in the payment screen, your outstanding total will reduce to Rs.850 (i.e. Rs.1000 – Rs.150)
Will the delivery fees be included in the loyalty points?
Delivery charges are excluded from loyalty points and only order value excluding delivery charges will be used to calculate loyalty points.
Where are my points displayed?
The outstanding points are displayed in your 'My Account' screen, on the 'Loyalty Points' option of all shopping screens and in the invoice. The invoice mail copy will also carries loyalty points earned
