1. What quantities can I order?
You can order any quantities from the order now section on our web page. We cater for residential as well as commercial.

2. Is there any delivery charges attached to your service?
There would be no delivery charges applicable. If the Value of order is less than Rs.150, then Delivery Charge is Applicable, please refer to Delivery Info for the same.

3. What quality of produce will I receive?
Our customers can expect to receive the best available quality at all times. In the event that a customer finds an unsatisfactory item, we will gladly credit him/her with the corresponding amount toward the next order!

4. What if something I've ordered is not available on the day?
We will recalculate the cost of your order and forward the corresponding amount to you with your delivery.

5. Do you accept payments by credit card? Are the Payments secured?

6. Can I have a different delivery address other than my home address?
You can specify a delivery address that is different from your home address by entering the delivery address details in the Address for delivery field. Special arrangements can be made for bulk orders or other unusual circumstances.

7. What time is the ordered goods delivered?
We deliver between 3.00 PM -9.00 PM daily & you cannot specify a time. You MUST let us know where to leave the produce in case you are not at home. Our drivers are instructed to leave the produce at all circumstances. It is very important you make the delivery instructions clear. Remember you can always have it delivered to work if you live in security apartments.

8. What if I'm not home when the ordered goods are delivered?
When you place your order, you can enter instructions explaining where to leave the order (eg. With security, Next house … and so on – make sure we can gain access) in the Message Field. Our produce is very fresh and can tolerate being left for several hours.

9. What is your Security policy?

11. Am I obligated to continue buying from Veggibazaar
No. If you don't want to receive a delivery during any particular week / day, all you have to do is either call us, or log into our website and change your customer details. You can cancel your order or change your delivery status up until the day before your normal delivery day.
